Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your collection piece for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.

To make a return, please contact us for a return authorization. Make sure to include the reason for your return. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Cancellations, changes, or returns are not allowed on custom pieces as they are made to order. All custom pieces are final sale. If your custom piece arrives defective please contact customer service via email at AudreyCJewelry@gmail.com.

 We recommend shipping all items through UPS. We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.  Merchandise must be returned within 14 days after delivery.
